136th General Assembly: Advocacy Winners and Losers

AIA Ohio members are invited to a one-hour virtual briefing, led by our lobbying team, the Batchelder Company. During this interactive session the lobbyists will outline the status of different bills that AIA Ohio has supported or opposed in the 136th General Assembly, their chances to become law before the end of the year, and what we expect to see reintroduced once the new General Assembly convenes in January.

During the meeting, our lobbyists will:

• Explain each bill, its progress, and AIA Ohio’s position

• Provide an understanding of how each issue could impact the profession

• Outline expectations for General Assembly activity through the end of the year

• Share ideas for hosting in-district meetings with legislators during the Fall recess

This is an important session that will provide you the opportunity to fully understand AIA Ohio's impact on legislation. All members are welcome to attend this briefing.
